Actually, this situation is not about incauthority. Since you are not resident in the USA, you register your company through a registered agent such as incauthority or Northwest, and the state is first notified that you are affiliated with these agencies. Registered agent service is free for the first year, and in the following year and the following years, your company must be affiliated with a registered agent.
If you do not pay and renew the service you received one year after establishing a company through Incauthority or another agency, the agency cancels your company's registered agent service, so your company remains in a bad situation in state records and your company will probably close down in a short time.
In summary, this is a mandatory payment, but you do not have to continue with incauthority, you can move to another agency, they will handle the transactions themselves and your new agency will be reflected in the state records. In any case, you must pay the annual report separately and you must also receive registered agent service.
If you do not want to renew this service through incauthority, do not make the payment and just purchase the registered agent service through Northwest and your registered agent will be Northwest.

These agencies do not provide accounting services. You do not need to hire an accountant immediately after forming the company, taxes are declared annually. Therefore, you can focus on your business and hire an accounting firm after a certain period of time.
