After Order Completed

Once you pay and complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Northwest. After the order, you will be automatically directed to the customer panel.

“You have Services Requiring Attention” in your customer panel. you will see the warning. This warning will appear because you must make a choice to designate Northwest as your agent.

When you enter the warning, click on the “Services Requiring Attention” section, select “Member Managed” from the Management Type section, select your name and address, which are automatically listed at the bottom of the page, and save.
