      Hello,

      This situation is quite normal. In the documents of US LLCs, the residence addresses of the founder are not visible, registered agent addresses are generally visible. This practice does not exist in any US state anyway, do not worry, this will not be a problem in any other transaction.

          Print out the operating agreement document, fill it out, sign it and keep it. Transfer will be required at closing and in some cases in the future. Just keep the document, there is no need to send it somewhere and get it approved.

    • One is the company formation document and the other is the operating agreement. You do not need to send any of them back.

      Sign and keep a copy of the Operating Agreement (which has multiple pages) in case you need it in the future. You don't need to send it back again, just sign it and keep it.

      There is no place to sign on the other one anyway, so keep that too.
