Now I need to open an account at Mercurybank. I don't have a store on Amazon or Etsy yet. Additionally, you should definitely emphasize in the "Introduce yourself" section during the application phase that you provide services in the USA. Do not state that you sell to Europe or other regions, the same is true on your website.

They generally do not approve single product projects. Fill your wrb site with products in a certain category, at least until you get approval. Once you get approval, you can turn it into a single product.
Alternatively you can try wise businesses, Airwallex or payoneer businesses
