The following requirements are needed to obtain an ITIN.
- being over 18 years old
- Having a passport that has not expired
- Owning an LLC or Corp type company in the USA
- Company's EIN approval document (EIN Letter)
- A correctly completed W7 form
- Company formation documents
- You must submit your applications through an IRS-approved Acceptance Agent.
